1. I have gained a heightened sense of integrity. I have also gained more first-hand people interaction experiences. I have gained much knowledge on being a good leader. Moreover, I have gained knowledge on how to carry out a project successfully. I have also gained more compassion.

2. I can be incorruptible and honest in my daily life. I can interact better with people. I can also practise what I have learnt on being a good leader and in the process become a better leader. I can carry out my group's trial project together with them with the aid of the project managemement skills that I have learnt. I can practise compassion towards everyone and not discriminate against people with disabilities.

I really enjoyed both the trainings that conducted for us. I would say it’s too short, should be extended at least 3 trainings! So we can learn EVEN more AND more bonded? o.O
Also to exchange with one another with the different things that we have actually experienced.
I gain a lot from these trainings eventually. Learn more how to do a BETTER proposal. The ways and steps, I can really use it when I am doing proposals especially proposals for camp that I may be doing again in future. When doing a proposal, not only think of what to be executed but also how and think widely of the consequences or problems that may pop-out on the actual event itself.
Also, they do really defined the characteristics of being a leader must be what and what which made me be more clear of what I am doing. And how should I go about doing different things with the different responsibilities or workload given. (:

Besides the fun and laughter that I have had, I have learned many new things. Like, how to be a good leader. The training opened my eyes to many things in a clearer and newer perspective. Being a leader isn't about giving instructions and expecting others to follow or completing a task solely by yourself; Being a leader, we must also learn how to follow others. Through following others, we are able to learn and when the time comes, we will be prepared to lead. This is especially important because, when there is too many people in team who wants to give out orders, it will be a total mess. At home, I can also apply this by not trying to be the 'boss' all the time but follow and listen to the other members of the family.

I also learnt the importance of reflection. Although we have done a lot of reflections in maths worksheets, I didn't really understand the need for it. After the training, I realised the importance of reflecting. With help from the trainers and our mentor, I have learned to do my reflection. In my daily life, I will try my best to spend more time on it.

A leader should also not be too concerned over honour and reputation but instead, on being consistently committed in serving the community and serving the people.

Through this training, I have learnt that there is much more to being a leader than meting out instructions or focusing on success. Thus, whenever I get a chance to lead, I will focus more on guiding the group through the process rather than being oblivious to everything else except the outcome. I have also gained greater awareness on the attributes that make up a dedicated leader. Quantity does not necessarily equal to quality: despite this being something easy to say, I experienced the challenges faced in following this principle through the games conducted. It is very difficult to not want to succeed. However, after the first-hand experience in this training, I have learnt that integrity and compassion for your members is more important. In addition, I also gained knowledge on planning and execution methods such as COMPASS and various skills like building initial trust with strangers.

Hence, I will try to apply everything I have learnt in daily life. For the project we are currently working on, I will try to be a committed member. Success probably stems out from the commitment and chemistry of a team, so I will also try to work in a more down-to-earth manner with the others. We are humans after all, not robots (even if we’re Singaporeans!). I will also apply the leadership techniques I have learnt. This will help me to be more organized and clear-headed. Most importantly, I will do my best to adopt the right attitude to increase my aptitude and contributions in the team. I look forward to continue working together with my team!

Throughout the training and the fun I had, I had gained much understandings and new perspectives. First of all, I had learnt what it takes to be a good leader and the definition of being one. Being a leader is not about setting the rules, telling others what to do and getting the glory. Instead, it is about influencing others, leading them on the right path, practicing the act of integrity and most importantly, to be committed in serving the community. Learning from our mistakes is indispensable. In my daily life, I will be open-minded to others' suggestion and be dedicated in bringing out the best.

I have realised the importance of preparation and reflection of planning a project. I have gained knowledge of how to assess proposals and the essential techniques in project planning. These not only help in the Campus Changemaker project but also in future projects I will encounter.

I also learn the significance of teamwork and team spirit. No man is an island, entire of itself. We must all cooperate with each other and build goo relations with them. In school, I will build positive attitude towards others and interact with them. Outside, I will build initial trust towards strangers or appreciate their kindness.

With these I will help to bring out the best in my team.

Firstly, I learnt that leaders must have integrity and treat everyone fairly, not discriminating others due to their differences. When assessing proposals, we must only judge the group who approached us by only their proposals and must not be biased, in order for us to get the best ideas to improve welfare of students.

Secondly, being leaders, we should be mentoring and guiding them, not helping them to come up with all the solutions to the problems they are facing, so as to stretch their abilities and provide opportunity for them to learn.

Lastly, we were taught a lot during the training to reflect on our actions. By reflecting on what we have done, we will be able to have a better understanding of ourselves and determine whether what we have done is right or wrong. Every action or words we said will leave an impact in everyone's life, thus we should be mindful of what we do or say lest we unintentionally cause hurt to anyone.

I have learnt alot from the training. Even though it was only one and a half day training, my knowledge has expanded. I have learnt the aspects that make up a leader, what to look out for when assessing proposals and mentoring groups.

This training will help me alot in the future, when im planning proposals and projects.
A leader is one important person,
and if the leader does not do his job, the whole thing will crumble.

I have learnt that leadership is not just part of a social influence, but it is also a process which one is able to enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common goal. Good leaders are made, not born. You must be trustworthy and you have to be able to communicate a vision of where the group or organization needs to go. In an effective leadership situation, the leader is a social architect whose leadership style is analysis and design. Teamwork is also essential. The most effective teamwork is produced when we work side by side in harmony.Integrity is considered a consistency of morals, values and actions. From the trainings, I learnt that dishonesty will not allow you to make any progress towards your goals.:(I had also learnt that at the end of the day, the whole group will have to sit down and reflect on their past mistakes and come up with practical ideas to improve the quality of their work.:)
The least I could do is to be a committed member in the team.I will offer words of encouragement to my friends and try not to wear them out by nagging at them. I can be more organised and try to interact more with my group members. Practice makes perfect! Practice!!!:)

I have learnt project planning techniques through compass. It will be very useful in the campuschangemaker project. We should have a clear objective, a clear view of how success will look like so that we can work towards it.Howerver we must also be mindful of the boundaries so as to change and adapt but still attaining success eventually.

In the future, as a leader, I will listen. At times I will have to follow. My job is to influence and not to dictate. When doing projects, I must ensure that service and learning are balance, after all I want to benefit from a project. As a leader, I must be committed. In difficult times,I will not give up but bounce back. Always strive for exellence.I must learn to be compassionate to others, to understand their needs and to practice impartiality towards everyone.

This training greatly benefited me and it promotes self confidence from all of us. Teamwork is very important. Through all the exciting activities in the training, I have learnt that a teamwork produces a shockingly greater results than a personal's effort.
Last of all, this training helped me to be able to achieve beyond my abilities...

Being a Campus Changemaker Panelist, my team and I will have to assess proposals by observing if their proposals are meeting real needs and whether the students initiating this project are going to intentionally learn from the service they provide. Assessing proposals will be hard if the students who want to initiate the project do not state clear objectives of what they want to do. Also, mentoring the project groups is like leading them to the right direction, which is success. While mentoring the project groups, we will have to influence them to have resilience, integrity, compassion, excellence as well as teamwork. This will definitely ensure them to interact well with one another and lead the project forward.
We can promote the Campus Changemakers initiave by bringing forward good values which can be used in future projects, and also enriches our character. The initiave will be strongly supported and the students will be encouraged to provide positive change to the school. The students would love to enjoy themselves and see their projects in action within the school, while learning intentionally.

I have learnt how to work in a team better, everyone can be a leader and what makes a leader, as well as how Service-Learning can benefit us. I have also learnt how to do a project better with C.O.M.P.A.S.S.
With what I have learnt, I can lead a group with greater efficiency as well as contribute to the group better. Also, with C.O.M.P.A.S.S., I can organize a project with greater ease, as it provides a good guideline to follow.

I've learnt about the qualities a leader should possess. Risiliece-Integrity-Compassion-Excellence. I am trying to just lift up this few points and summarise what I've learnt as just these, but I wanted to show how significant this 4 values I've learnt had benefited me and mean very much to me. It's enlighteningly meaningful, as it's almost all that I've could thought of about being a leader. But, it's the last point that I did not came across, Excellence. I remembered that we had one of the competing activities but we merely completed the task and handed it in, for the sake of winning. When, in the end, out mentor wakened up about: "do you really think that? So we should let our personality and work be of double standards? And let Excellence be compromised due to cirumstances?" Upon his words, I felt a surge of remorse for what we did. I can't assure that I can always do my best, but I promise myself, I WILL TRY to always do my best, to then biggest means.
If I'm a leader, I will keep clear of doing my best and guide my fellow followers towards the goal with excellence too. If I'm a follower, and in a team, I will try to remind the team to set sail towards the goal with excellence too. I believe everyone is imperfect, and thus, unable to do their best at anytime or in anywhere, however, when we really do learnt, we keep the things in mind and not try to recount it at all time by all means.

This training is indeed a meaning and enriching experience for me.
Through this one and half day training, I have learnt:
1. think thrice before doing anything.
2. trust is the key
3. be alert to th surrounding, do not neglect your group members
4. perservere to the end and you'll get it done .
5. everyone can lead, not only leaders . & leaders must be able to follow before leading others . it's just a matter of who is willing to take the first step to lead the others .
6. integrity is very important . without integrity, nothing can be done and even if you successfully finished it, you won't feel good or have a sense of achievement .
